"Consultant" refers to our immigration consultant(s) who will provide immigration-related advice and assistance. "Service" refers to the immigration consulting services provided by our Consultant(s) through our website. 

2. Services Offered: Our Immigration Consulting Service website provides immigration-related advice and assistance to individuals, groups, or organizations. The Consultant(s) will provide advice on immigration matters, including but not limited to, visa applications, immigration policies, and procedures, etc. The Consultant(s) will also assist clients in preparing and submitting their immigration applications to relevant government agencies. 

3. Fees: Our fees for immigration consulting services are clearly stated on our agreements. Clients are required to pay the amount as the agreed fees before the submission of  documents and  immigration-related advice and assistance. 

All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to provide the services agreed upon or as otherwise stated on our agreement. 

4. Confidentiality:  We understand that the information provided by our clients is sensitive and confidential. We take all reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by our clients. We will not disclose any client's information to any third party without prior consent, except where required by law or as necessary to provide our services. 

5. Disclaimer Our Immigration Consulting Service website is not a substitute for legal advice. The advice provided by our Consultant(s) is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise as a result of reliance on the information provided on our website or by our Consultant(s).

 6. Intellectual Property Our Immigration Consulting Service website and all of its contents are the property of our company and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No part of our website or its contents may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent. 

7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our website or the services provided by our Consultant(s). We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or the services provided by our Consultant(s). 

8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our services with notice and reason. Clients may terminate their engagement with us by providing us with written notice of termination. Upon termination, clients will be responsible for any fees incurred up to the date of termination. 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is the viewer's  responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions to ensure that they are aware of any changes on the website.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario,Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the services provided by our Consultant(s) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario,Canada.
