About Ontario PNP
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) works with Canada’s federal immigration programs to help the Ontario economy. The OINP selects people with the skills and experience needed in Ontario and nominates them for permanent residency.

Apply To The OINP
There are two ways individuals may qualify and apply to the OINP
1. Create A Profile In Canada's Express Entry Candidate Pool
If you have a profile in Canada’s Express Entry System, you might get a Notification of Interest from the OINP. This is an invitation to apply for a nomination through one of Ontario’s Express Entry Streams.
Human Capital Priorities Stream
For workers who have the needed work experience, education, and can speak either French or English
French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream
For workers who have the needed work experience, education, and can speak both French and English
Skilled Trade Stream
For workers with job experience in Ontario in a qualified trade occupations
2. Submit an Expression Of Interest (EOI) To The OINP
Once you ensure that you are eligible for your stream of interest, you can create a profile in OINP e-filing Portal and then register an expression of interest
Employer Job Offer Streams
Individuals with a full-time, permanent job offer from a qualifying Ontario employer can apply for nomination through the Employer Job Offer Category (EJO).
Masters & PhD Graduate Stream
Recent graduates who have completed their degrees in Ontario can apply to the Master's Graduate Stream or the PhD Graduate Stream
